CHEMOTHERAPY - ANTICANCER
Prophylaxis + Enhancer + Sensitizer
Chemotherapy is an anticancer drug therapy that can stop cancer cells from
multiplying. However, it can also harm healthy cells, and causes
adverse side effects.
BioMonde's response!
The Global
Dependency on ChemotherapyThere are
over 200 types of Cancer and over 50 Chemotherapy Drugs available.
Cancer chemotherapy is not new, and has been helping people beat
cancer since the early 1950s.

Development of a optimized, safe, effective and affordable class
of novel chemo-prophylaxis, chemo-enhancing and chemo-sensitizing umbelliferone derivatives
(4-meythylumbellierone).

- a adjunct to
Gemcitabine and other anticancer chemotherapy treatments;
- a prophylaxis treatment to maximize the efficacy and minimize
the adverse side
effects associated with anticancer chemotherapy;
- a therapy to protect healthy cells against chemotherapy
damage by targeting and making cancer cells more susceptible to
anticancer drugs;
- a therapy to reduce chemotherapy induced inflammation
of the Liver;
- a therapy to improve patient recovery during and after
chemotherapy treatment; radiation
therapy and surgery.
BioMonde is focused on improving the tolerability and
effectiveness of chemotherapy drugs by lessening the toxic side
effects and improving patient recovery times. Scientific
evidence cites the potential of umbelliferone derivatives
(4-meythylumbellierone) as a new anticancer strategy, that is able
to select cancer cells and mark (sensitize) them as targets for
chemotherapy drugs.
Hyaluronan synthases which scientists have identified as a major
cause of cancer progression, produces a dense sticky substance that is
very problematic to the progression and treatment of cancers. Over
expression (over production) of hyaluronan coats the extracellular
matrix surface of
cancer cells. The hyaluronan coating inadvertently acts as a protective shell,
preventing the uptake of anticancer drugs into the cancer cells.
Unfortunately, normal cells lack the hyaluronan coating, and are
more susceptible to damage from anticancer drugs.
The hyaluronan coating also acts as an adhesive for cancer cells
that metastases to other parts of the body, causing them to become
attached to other tissue types where they propagate.
By suppressing the over expression of hyaluronan synthases, umbelliferone
derivatives (4-meythylumbellierone) , prevent and strip the hyaluronan coating on
the surface of the cancer cells, exposing the them to the full
effects of anticancer chemotherapy drugs, and helps slow the progression of the
Cancer.
In other words, 4MU actively targets and sensitizes cancer cells for
anticancer drugs, making the drugs work better.
Anti-neoplasm derivatives administered in combination with Umbelliferone
derivatives (4-meythylumbellierone) exert a potent synergy effect
that greatly improves the adjunct effect. Consequently, BioMonde's approach means
that more patients will be able to take and complete anticancer chemotherapy
treatment, with minimal discomfort and maximum effect.

Indicates that umbelliferone derivatives
(4-meythylumbellierone) administered: as a adjunct therapy to chemotherapies
(gemcitabine
and others); as a preventive or management therapy for chemotherapy
side-effects and patient recovery.
- Applied as a adminiculum in anticancer chemotherapy, to improve
efficacy and tolerability;
- Decreases the size of the primary and metastatic tumors more
than gemcitabine alone;
- Strongly suggest that a combination of gemcitabine and umbelliferone
derivatives (4-meythylumbellierone) and is effective
against human pancreatic cancer cells.
- Reduces elevated liver enzymes associated with chemotherapy
toxicity (drug induced Hepatitis);
- Accelerates red blood cell and platelet recovery;
- Improves tiredness, appetite, and the digestive system
function;
- Greatly improves tolerability and effect when taken as a
anticancer chemotherapy prophylaxis prior to commencing treatment.
Indicates that the anti-neoplasm derivatives:
- Promote the generation of the bodies own cancer
killing cells;
- Help rebuild a damaged immune system.
